![]() ![]() With Code Vein also passing the 2M mark in terms of sales for a new IP, I would say was also a success. The God Eater previous team is focused on Code Vein, if there will ever be a sequel is from them, currently God Eater is maintained by Marvelous. Not to mention Scarlet Nexus was a success for a new IP, selling over 2M copies when Namco expected 1M. I fail to see what Scarlet Nexus has to do with any of this, I believe you confusing Developers with Publishers. Kind of their fault? If they didn't rush them out and ♥♥♥♥, it would have been better. The only reason why Bandai kind of lost it with Code Vein is because of the awful DLCs reception but that's like. Didn't Bandai give it a deadline to get 1 million sales or else, it gets dropped? Shift is definitely working on something. Granted, Shift did help Marvelous a bit but it was mainly with the lore and game mechanics. Instead, they gave the cape to Marvelous studios, the guys who worked on GE3. Nah, the devs have moved on from God Eater to work on other projects. ![]() The last thing Code Vein-related we will get is costume cameos and maybe a Mia cameo on future God Eater games. Very few people liked Code Vein, Souls clones are pretty much dead at this point and Bandai Namco has way more faith on Scarlet Nexus, to the point where that game is still getting new content one year after release.
